All in-stock items ship within 24 hours Monday through Friday. If you need your order sooner, call us at 800-648-1163 or email us at service@bulbman.com. We are more than happy to use your company's shipping account to minimize shipping cost. Just write the account number and shipping company in the customer comment field when ordering.

Bulbman guarantees all lamps regardless of the manufacturer. If you are not completely satisfied, we will give you a replacement lamp or credit the lamp to your account within 30 days of you receiving your product. Incandescent and halogen bulbs have no warranty from defect as there are unforeseen electrical and physical circumstances not guaranteed by lighting manufacturers. Fluorescent tubes have no warranty from damage in shipping due to their fragility.

If you will not pickup your order in one of our two stores, you MUST pay for a shipping method. Actual shipping may vary.
We will contact you if a freight variance occurs prior to shipping the product(s) out.

Special shipping or handling charges will apply for over sized or heavy packages.

Re-pack charges will occur for fluorescent lamps shipped in quantities less than full case. Also, due to their fragile nature fluorescent tubes have no guarantee from damage. We highly recommend picking them up from one of our stores instead of shipping, if possible.

Fixtures ship at actual freight cost that will be calculated at time of shipment.

If ground service is selected for shipment to Alaska or Hawaii, we will ship the order via our carrier of choice.

Our site is currently unable to calculate international shipping rates properly so we are unable to process international orders online except for Canada. If you would like to place an order for delivery outside of the United States please call us at 775-788-5661. If shipping to Canada we charge a $45.00 initial fee and if shipping comes out higher we will contact you for the difference.

All orders are shipped via Bulbman's "preferred carrier" unless noted on the order form. Your tracking number will be available to you upon shipment by logging into the My Account section of this web site.

No merchandise may be returned without Return Authorization.
Please call to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for any product you are returning.
Bulbman is not responsible for merchandise returned without an RMA number.
Credit may not be issued for products that have been held for over 30 days from date of the original invoice.

Returned product must be in the original packaging and in sellable condition. IE: no retail pricing stickers, markings etc.
Approved/Authorized returns must include a copy of the original invoice.
Returns of crushed, torn, stained, marked boxes are not accepted.
Returned product arriving broken will not be accepted.

Merchandise returned due to overstock or customer ordering error must be returned freight paid and may incur a re-stocking charge. 
Merchandise returned to us due to invalid or undeliverable addresses may incur an additional shipping charge to resend your order.
Merchandise shipped in error will be corrected at our expense.

Authorized returns must be sent to the Bulbman street address, not our PO Box.
